Wouldn’t recommend H&R Block in Firestone, especially not with Wendy. She was extremely rude, and the cost kept changing throughout the process. She didn’t ask any clarifying questions or explore any potential deductions I might have had. Honestly, you’ll get more knowledgeable and professional help using TurboTax—virtually and for less money.

Our “tax professional” was super rude during our appointment. And then to top it all off? completely screwed up and had our refunds sent via CHECK and our federal deposited into their ridiculous emerald card. it’s been weeks since our state was mailed (instead of direct deposited, as we requested 10 times) and it’s no where to be found.
I am so tired of HR block. This was the last year we’re filing with them

I went this office prior to tax deadline, and was told that appts wouldn't be needed in a few days, as we could walk-in and get help. I arrived to find out corporate changed the plan to accept appts. After telling us walk-ins about the change, Aaron Necessary, Assoc. Team Leader, apologized for the inconvenience and asked the (only) Tax Assoc., Stephen Connacher, to fit us in b/w appts. Both were very accommodating; Aaron made us coffee and kept Stephen informed, and Stephen helped us during gaps, completing our returns and answering our questions w/in an hour. As this is the busiest time of year for them (and us taxpayers), I very much appreciated their great attitudes and willingness to be flexible to help us out.

Extremely not helpful with any steps of the process had to reach out just to find out my taxes are done just waiting on something. They won’t tell me how to give it to them. Do not recommend this place. They never answer the phone and even when they do it’s not very helpful.

I had a not great experience last year with workers not being able to tell me the difference between plans they wanted me to buy, but this year they flat out refused to help me. I made an appointment and when I got there, someone else also had an appointment at the same time. I showed them my confirmation and the tax rep told me sorry she is too busy and it is a system error. When I said I would wait she told me no, she had too much to do and they are closing . Never coming back and thinking maybe this isn't the place of business for me- or anyone. Too bad because I used H&R for 15 years.

I uploaded my taxes. I was messaged information. When I responded back to the messages no one contacted me back. I asked 3 different questions. 1 question 2x and never got an answer. As of today I am still waiting for an answer....

I would just like to warn people not to go to this location. Because they will cancel your appointment, not inform you and then when you show up the rude lady at the front will tell you that there is nothing they can do for you. I called the corporate customer service and the nice lady got me an appointment for a different location

Absolutely horrendous service. The H&R Block apps on android are completely broken on Android12 and totally unusable. After much struggles trying to upload my many documents via the (also broken) website the tax guy I was assigned to is not responding - I have zero faith that my return will be prepared and filed before the deadline.
