My only complaint is clipping a coupon and not getting it. Have to watch receipt very carefully while checking out. Otherwise, my favorite store.

I had a 12 hour shift today and booked it to the pharmacy before they closed to pick up my very well needed medication and when I got there on 10/10/2023 it was 7:40pm. Please tell me why it was closed? The sign on the drive thru window says it closes at 8pm. Google says it closes at 8pm. Now tomorrow I work another 12 hour shift 7am-7pm and I will have to go another day without my meds and most likely they will be leaving earlier than 8pm, again! If you close earlier than 8pm , change your hours.

What a joke. I call into the pharmacy and their s---ty automated system is terrible and eventually just disconnects the call. Will stop using this pharmacy as quickly as I am able to change.

This is one of the absolute worst stores for employees that I have seen yet! There is so much favoritism. When an employee needs time off for an emergency Drs. appointment and the one day that they can get in for the next three months happens to be on a day when they are working they can't get 3 hours off to go! They had to cancel their appointment because work won't let them go! This person has been in agonizing pain for two months and has been calling and calling to see a Dr. but because of insurance has not been able to get in. But it's ok for other employees to wonder around for their whole shift. Never to be found to help out where they are supposed to be. Leave early whenever they want to. Leave all the work for others to do. Then others get blamed the next day for things not being done right! What about being overwhelmed because that's a lot of bs to be left with. Not to mention the anxiety that it causes knowing that it's never good enough and someone is going to come in and find something to yell at you about. Then to top it all off come in to work and the person that screws off all the time (that management knows about) get an award for the work that they aren't even doing!! I've been in there at night all cashiers and caddy's standing around one check stand talking. Never said anything to me. Used the restroom it was disgusting. I was shocked. That was around 9:None of this is going to do any good. It won't change anything. This is how King Soopers is. When someone says they are sick or they need to go to the Dr. you should not have to give your whole background. It should be plain and simple no questions asked! Management is there for a reason do your job. Pick up the slack for a few hours. Discipline the RIGHT people. Praise the right people.

Staff is very rude, there is definitely a lack of communication being short staffed is no excuse to be rude to your customers. I will definitely be changing my pharmacy.

I have been shopping primarily at Kings since we moved to Colorado in 1979. But I'm switching to Safeway because I'm so sick of hearing over and over that damn recording at Kings about the Covid booster. So sick of having the lie crammed down our throats about its effectiveness. Wanna ask the President and millions of people who have had the Covid and shots and are still getting sick. Wake Up Folks!! This is not necessary and actually harmful. You are hurting your immune system. Stop filling your carts up with garbage 'food' eat healthy and you don't need to get these dangerous shots.When King Soopers quits blaring that ridiculous message I may be back. Really people know it's available you needn't be annoying about it.

I had called today to see if my prescription was ready and the estimate on the cost. Mariah I believe her name was, answered my call so rudely. I was so surprised because I love King Soopers as a market, thought the pharmacy would be the same. Her voice of tone was very, ‘what do you want’ type. As if I was an inconvenience to her day. She cut me off while I was speaking to gather more information regarding my prescription. And she just had an attitude. I couldn’t handle it anymore and I just hung up. Keep in mind, I said or did nothing to have her treat me so poorly. Definitely switching pharmacies! I am so disappointed.

Do you want to pay for your groceries twice? They double charge pick up orders when there is a change. Your order may be $116, but they don't have the chips you ordered, so I drops to $106. They will charge you twice, and one of the charges drops off in a few days, according to Manny. F THAT NOISE. I don't have that kind of buffer to be loaning a multi billion dollar company $100 for a few days. I tried the live chat, the 800 number, email and no help, at all. The worst experience ever. It was straight out of Idiocracy. They think my name is "I was double charged" I usually spend about $300 per grocery shop, I will never again shop with Kroeger

I see a lot of negative reviews here, however, I had a great experience at the pharmacy today! Normally, when I switch my prescriptions from one KS to another; it's a nightmare! Not today. The lady said the transfer would take about 30 mins (last time it took weeks) and I thought "yeah right!" However , Within 15 mins I received a text saying your prescriptions are ready! Plus, the pharmacist explained some things about my meds no one else had ever done! Kudos the the KS pharmacy in Firestone! They are on top of it! Thank you!
