I purchased the Unlimited Service. Only one of the bays has a working camera to read your plate and that bay is ALWAYS closed. The open bay works but you have to manually enter your number, get a text with a bar code that the scanner can't scan. Usually after all that, the wash is fine, but this last time there was still soapy water on my car after the final rinse. Phone number listed is no goood. Going to have to cancel though my credit card.

Charged me $10 twice. First time, the doors never opened and car wash didn’t start. Second time, I pulled in, got a sloppy undercarriage wash then it went straight to air dry and told me to leave.

Charged my credit card $10. I drove into the bay and all it did was spray my tires. The Grease Monkey next door no longer owns this car wash. I filed a dispute with my credit card company.

DON'T go here! Husband was sick inside with doors closed! Recently car wash TOTALLY LEFT SOAP ALL OVER or truck! And has to go across street and pay for another wash! We won't go back

Paid $7 for the basic wash after noticing how filthy the back of our van was. Got home ... and this is the back of our van AFTER the wash. Mirrors also still filthy, kid's dirty hand print on the side.
