They said they had time to do a mani and pedi for me. After she filed my nails and prepped them she told me to wash my hands. She then went to go work on someone’s pedicure, left me waiting for 15 mins. Did she wash her hands after? No. She then came back to me, and left the other lady, the other lady got frustrated because she noticed she was working on me too- she actually left and didn’t finish the service. My nails were rushed, they are bumpy and the girl who did my pedi ripped the crap out of my skin , the picture is day two after. If you want to feel like a number and not a valued paying customer, feel free to come here!

I had my nails done a few times before but yesterday was the worst experience ever. I took my granddaughter to get her nails polished for her birthday. I went to the restroom and a young man was washing her hands before polishing them. Meanwhile a woman came in and the lady I think her name is Kim told the man that was attending my granddaughter to sit her down to wait and help the woman who had just walked in not even knowing what she wanted. She rudely said that my granddaughter could wait. He left my granddaughter and started a pedicure one that woman. My granddaughter said she was rude nana. I said yes she was and we ended up leaving. I will not return to this place.

Got Dip on natural nails for 45$ it started lifting the day after. I do office work nothing beyond the regular dishes and regular cleaning that would justify nails breaking this fast. This was done March 29th around lunch the pictures are today April 2nd, cracked and even more bubbles/ lifting on the sides. Besides uneven shape and streaky application. I know this is the case for most newbie walk ins but still disappointing.
With the correct application I get easily 3 weeks out of a dip manicure. This will pop off in a couple more days so a week of wear is not worth it….

I had my hair done close by, so I thought I'd get my nails done and a pedicure here instead of my usual place. BAD decision! Pedicure was mediocre. Nail stylist was rude and did a sloppy job on my nails. They are already chipping in 4 days. I've been on vacation, so not doing anything to cause them to do this.

Do not get your nails done by the lady who sits in the back left corner of the mani stations. I have 2 kids one is 2 and one is 8 months. I change a lot of diapers and open a lot of car seats and I asked her 3 different times to make my nails short after getting a full set. I noticed she wasn’t shortening them even though she said ok. She then finally snapped the 4th time I asked NICELY and she said “short nails ugly”. This was after I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she conveniently didn’t do the nail art. I have gone here for almost a year and now I think I’m going to go elsewhere. Super upset.

Kim is not afraid of a challenge! I showed her a picture of a gem stone to recreate the effect with acrylics and she nailed it! I go there for mani and pedi and the result is always gorgeous!

I didn’t realize someone can mess a pedicure up so bad. But like the other comments say don’t waist your time or money here. I was looking forward to this pedicure spent a little extra on it to receive a jacked up pedicure literally wanted to cry because of how expensive it was and I hate it so much and im also I stay at home mom so it’s not like I have money to just spend like that.
I now have to spend more money to go get my toe nails fixed I wish I could give a no star!.
