If I could, I would rate this store minus -5 stars but I can't ? it's a long story to tell but I'm not coming back to this store or buying anything in O'Reilly, really bad customer service experience ???

I have always gotten good service here from the 2 ladies that work here. I went to pick up an order my husband placed and this guy name Nick made an unpleasant expression when I let him know I was there to pick up an order. Did not bother to ask any further questions. I believe he needs more training in customer service.

I had a headlight out and needed someone to help me put a new bulb in. I was originally told no by the kid at the counter, even though I called that morning to make sure someone could do it for me. However, when I paid for the part, Tina said she would help me out if I could wait for her to help a few more customers since they were kinda busy. After only a few minutes, she came out and installed my new headlight with the help of her co-worker, Tim. As a single woman who has NO CLUE about car stuff, I cannot tell you how much I appreciate this wonderful customer service!! Thank you so much :)

Have been going to this o’Reilly store for 10 years and I choose this store over any of the ones around me simply because of the quality of the employees. The new “assistant manager” Cody is absolutely disrespectful and needs to find a new profession. He has completely changed my outlook on this store. I walked in asking for a hub assembly for my 2020 ram 1500 he ordered it, it came in and it was a 5 lug, no big deal let’s take it back and get the right one right? Well I walked in and simply said the truck is a 6 lug can we please order the right one. He decided to try to make me look absolutely stupid in the store and say all ram 1500s are 5 lugs unless they have the 22” rim. Probably one of the dumbest things I’ve ever heard. The rim size has absolutely nothing to do with the lug pattern. Instead of acting like he knows everything he should realize ram switched to a 6 lug in 2019 on ALL 1500s when they also switched body styles. So he swears he’s correct being super disrespectful and orders yet another hub with 6 lugs this time it’s the wrong hub size. He clearly has no idea what he is doing and is absolutely terrible at customer service and not to mention I could smell this guys body Odor from across the desk both times I went in there I wanted to gag. A deodorant stick is 4$.After the first altercation where he tried to make me look stupid I went in to grab some stuff for work on our commercial account and he decided to be disrespectful then too and not say a word to me when I was making the purchase and decided to throw the receipt at me and walk away. If I am not wrong this guy also worked at autozone across the street and had the same problems I am having with him with other customers. So sad one guy can ruin a whole outlook on a store people go to because they trust and like the quality of employees that work there. Will most likely never be going back to the store specifically because of him. Every other employee at that store is the absolute best besides him
