She saw a defeated tired mom who got her dates mixed up for an appointment. She took my anyway even though I was a week too early. I am so appreciative of her kindness. She definitely didn't have to help us but she did. Thank you Debbie. Post offices get a bad rap (my local office in erie included). I'll be traveling to this office for all my postal needs now!”

“Sue is fantastic! I had a very important package marked delivered but wasn't anywhere to be found. I submitted a claim online and the next morning Sue called me and let me know she was going to go out and check our shared mailbox and parcel lockers. She found it and delivered it to us personally, then called me later just to follow up and give me her direct line in case I ever need anything in the future. Great customer service!”
