Following a 7am dentist appointment I walked into a moving job much larger than expected. Matt was there with a genuine sense of concern and compassion as well as local recommendations for places to pick up equipment I had failed to bring.
While I couldn't escape the situation I was in the support I recieved from Matt helped maintain my sanity.”

“I've used hwy 85 storage on and off for the last 10 years. The rates are reasonable and the staff are extremely nice. Sometimes it feels like aome storages want to take your stuff when you miss a payment but hwy 85 storage has always been easy to work with and seem to care when you fall on bad times. Their payment options are great. They have auto pay, online pay and you can pay at the management office. Ive rented a variety of sized units and have even switched sizes as Ive moved things to my home or sold items. It is a convenient location between Brighton and Fort Lupton. Stuff does get a little dusty in the units but thats expected with it all being outdoors. Ive never had an issue with theft and always have felt safe while there. If you need storage in Brighton or Fort Lupton, I highly recommend them.”
“I have been renting here since December now, and don’t have a single complaint. I couldn’t ask for anything better. They are helpful, don’t complain about anything, returns calls/texts, has clean units as well as the lot/buildings/area is clean and no trash laying around, worked with me once when I was late paying, they dont breathe down your neck, stays out of your business, has 24 hour access, online payment service, not a bunch of people just sitting in their cars or hanging out, (although I have done this I haven’t seen anyone else do it) and the price is exceptionally good considering all this. I have sent 2 friends here to rent out storage and neither have said anything bad about the place. I will continue to rent here myself and also will send anyone looking for storage here.”

We had propane tanks and empty battery boxes stolen at other places in the first few months. We've been here for at least a couple of years now with no issues. We know a couple of other people with trailers here and they are happy as well. The owner is really nice and very helpful if ever needed.”
