This store was so helpful working with Albert, our painter contractor with That 1 Painter. We highly recommend using this Sherwin Williams store. The workers are kind and helpful. To make it even better we used the outdoor Rain refresh paint and can't be more happy with how it looks. We look forward to many years with this beautiful Sherwin Williams paint on our house!

I had a fantastic experience today At Sherman Williams in Firestone. Anna was extremely helpful and the customer service was outstanding. Grayson also helped out and I would recommend this store for any of your painting needs.

Anna and the rest of the staff helped me make all the right decisions for the project and helped me save quite a bit of money too. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable and quick to fill my order too. Nothing against the orange store, but I can't see myself buying paint anywhere else.

I am with That 1 Painter and this store is absolutely the place to be. The staff is more than helpful and always goes over and beyond in providing top notch unmatchable service! If you have a painting project this is the store to go!

Left on hold forever and then they intentionally just hung up because they don't really want to help the public with special orders. They always make it seem like such an inconvenience.

I went to this store primarily to get some paint swatches for deciding on colors. Employees were helpful to provide what I was looking for. I was surprised how important it is to get those paint swatches because the S-W app colors vary a LOT on different phones and different computer monitors versus the real paint swatches.

They don't have 5 gallon paint. Sure there are supply issues but Ace and Home Depot have stock. I couldn't remember the name of their contractor paint line and they acted like they didn't want to help me. Finally if you don't have an account they don't want you to shop there. Avoid if possible.
