“First things first, Pedro needs a raise or a promotion asap! His customer service and ability to go above and beyond was INCREDIBLE!!! My wedding was on October 7th, we were waiting on a very important package that had originally been expedited from the company. The package was re-routed initially and I was told it would not be delivered until Monday, after 5 hours on the phone with ups the morning of my wedding. I was able to reach the warehouse that was closed over the weekend and got to speak with Pedro. He was so kind and understood the urgency behind receiving this package. I submitted a claim online and the next morning Sue called me and let me know she was going to go out and check our shared mailbox and parcel lockers.
