My dad bought a new Samsung at a different T-Mobile store and it started to lock up and randomly reboot, staying on the reboot screen for up to an hour, several times a day. After 4 days of this, he stopped in to get an exchange at this store, the phone was stuck on the T-Mobile screen when he went in. After messing with it for a while, the individual told him he couldn't do anything (exchange or refund) because he didn't have a phone protection plan, so he was told he would have to contact Samsung for support. That is absolutely wrong. At the VERY LEAST, T-Mobile has a 14 day buyers remorse policy. The phone was obviously defective, but could have simply been returned under this policy, if nothing else.We went to a different store and they were extremely appologetic for the treatment we experienced, took the phone back as defective, refunded his money, waived the restock fee, and we picked up a different model, all without a protection plan.I've been with T-Mobile for over 9 years now and have NEVER had this kind of trash experience before. Now I'm off to write a 5 star review for a different store.

Thoroughly enjoy coming to this store. Every time I get welcomed upon entry and the associates are quick to answer questions. I don't often buy things, but am still welcomed like a customer should be.

Had a great experience today at this new Firestone TMobile location. Asst. Manager Javier, and Associate Zack were both knowledgeable, quick to help, and very kind. I was able to get my new phone without any problems, or pressure to spend more than I wanted (which happens often at other locations I have been to).
