This is my second time in, and customer service was absolutely horrendous, the older lady that works here is rude, and makes it very clear anyone who comes in is a inconvenient and makes her do her JOB I will not be back and I will stick with the Longmont post office.

The older woman who works at this location is rude and seems put out when you come in with a package and she has to do her job. Every time!!!! We try to go to Longmont despite the extra time and gas to avoid her.

It looks like alot of the residents here are going through the same situation as I am. I've been going through this for 6 months, I've had a letter resent three times and the post office returns to sender everytime. The excuse I got last time was that the last name was written in pencil and not sharpie... its been a horrible experience since I moved up here. These people are responsible for our mail and they're doing an awful job, I wish we could get rid of them all together and have a mailbox like everyone else in Colorado.

I’ve lived in Firestone for a little over a year and a half now and have visited this post office a handful of times. I have had nothing but good experiences there so far. It is a little on the smaller/older side, but the staff have always been very friendly and welcoming towards me. and they always answer my questions thoroughly. I don’t hate going to the post office nearly as much as I did before moving here — LOL.

Always friendly and polite but absolutely horrible at their job. I've had numerous items return to sender with my correct address 80520-0XXX. I DON'T KNOW HOW YOU SEND BACK A PACKAGE WITH MY NAME AND MY BOX NUMBER ON IT. This place is absolutely ridiculous.

I reviewed the Frederick post office recently too because so went to both trying to setup a PO Box, and I ended up here talking with Mona who is the fricken sweetest! We have a weird issue with our address and she helped us through, problem solved and sent us on our way with a game plan. She even talked to us for a while about the town, gave us fun facts and welcomed us to the neighborhood. So nice!

The staff and post office in general are okay. I just think it's actual garbage that it's mandatory to have a po box in historic Firestone. Curse you yellow slips!

Receiving wrong mail in my community mailbox twice now. The home numbers coincidentally are the same as other mail incoming, but with a different street.

I love this post office and I've always been politely greeted and politely helped, I've had fast service, and any questions I've had have been kindly answered. I am surprised to see so many negative reviews. I do tend to like small town post offices in general because you can get to know the staff working at them and usually the customer service is better than a bigger post office. There is a lunch break time with no service, but I always check the website if I'm heading to a smaller post office to make sure I don't go during the lunch break. Anyway, THANK YOU FIRESTONE POSTAL EMPLOYEES!

I go out of my way to not go to this post office because the people that work there are the worst. Super rude, complaining about my packages I come to drop off. No one is making you work there, find a new job if you don’t like it!

If I could give this location negative stars, I would. We have lived directly across the street for a year and a half. Downtown Firestone doesn't get house delivery of mail, so you have to use a PO Box...including packages delivered by USPS. If you don't know which carrier is delivering your package, you have to use the street address and put Box XXX on it or #XXX, etc. We put that on EVERY package to be shipped to us, but unfortunately, some companies leave it off. For the longest time, they would look up the box and then rudely tell you to use the Box #. When you tell them that you did, they rudely give you other methods. Recently, out of spite, they have been returning MY packages because the box was set up in my wife's maiden name (hasn't changed yet), and they say I'm not the primary boxholder last name...even though they know who I am for over a year. If I could avoid it, I would.
