Luke was amazing. He was very patient while I was dropping off my old phone there was a customer that I would have told to get lost because they were very rude as soon as they walked in the door but I watched Luke handle them very well while helping 3 other customers including myself. The only thing I would suggest is to get Luke some help!
I live in westminster but will continue to go up there because I was very happy with Luke.

After hours ,literally , on the phone with apple and AIG no one could help my daughter. We went into the Firestone location as a last ditch effort and not very hopeful. Mike V. Greeted us right away and had my daughter’s phone back on within minutes. Thank you again for your expertise !!!!!???????

After two weeks of online, in store (a corporate store, not this one) and phone call madness, Andy got my phone number back from limbo and was able to hook me up with a cool new phone. If you want some real customer service and not just a sales person, this is the place.
