The tire air machine took my money and didn't turn on. Employee took zero responsibility and, when calling the company involved, 8 minute wait... for $2.00.
I went to Alta and was disappointed. I won't go back to that Alta again. Alta is responsible for services provided at their stores, and they're not doing it well.

Everyone is super friendly and really take the time to show a customer they are important and they are paying attention it's a well enjoyed feeling like additional friends we meet along our own paths daily

This place used to be a regular stop for us, used to have efficient, kind, conscientious employees. Woman with glasses today working 2 registers by herself- great job doing that for the 6 people in front of me, I'm standing there with cold drinks in a warm store waiting patiently, though my spinal stenosis is starting to cause me a lot of pain. She sends me to an open register, then proceeds to ignore me while she takes care of the TWO PEOPLE BEHIND ME IN LINE. Her buddy is one of those in line behind me, so she decides to shoot the breeze with him and take care of his needs because apparently I don't spend enough money in there (usually $150+ a month) to be considered worthy of her attention. Left the now warm slushes on the counter because my spine wouldn't allow me to keep standing there like an idiot in pain waiting for her to have time to take my money. I won't be back, Loaf and jug will be my stop from now on.
