Went to get a package that no one on my property had recieved, and was told it was already given to one of us. My grandmother tried the day before and was told with out the slip for it she could not get it, so I brought the slip today, to find out it is already gone, and then they took my slip after saying someone had gotten it and told me it was already done nothing they can do because they check ids, obviously not...since we dont have it and had the slip still. Still no package, slip is now gone, important things inside package are missing that we needed a.s.a.p.

Poor customer service, and a genuine lack of care. I’ve spoken with Sean, the postmaster, a handful of times. He’s very dismissive and rude. I’ve owned my property for three years and have not had a mailbox like all other residents in my neighborhood. Driving 40+ minutes round-trip to get my mail just to find out they returned a package for failure to pick up. this is such a small town, snowstorms, and other things come up where Mail can’t be checked as often. Especially with the drive.

Not open during open times. States that the astablisment is open from the hours between 8:30 - 4:30 on Monday- Friday. Got there at 3:40 on monday they are closed

This PO need to consider longer hours; I know they're fed employees, but the PO is failing terribly. How do they expect ppl to get to PO when working/gone from 7am to 6pm??

This is by far the worst usps office. They constantly put the key for our packages in the wrong box. Then Amazon seller says it's delivered and won't reimburse us our money or item. I've called the office several timesl and they say what do you want us to do it's not our problem. And refuse to reimburse us. The lady was very rude and inconsiderate. We are tired of our packages being delivered and not receiving them. If you pay the usps for a delivery they should bring it to your door like all the other usps offices. 5q of transmission fluid isn't cheap. Will never have usps handle any more of our delivers again. Never

Usually nice people. My only issue is I can never get my packages unless I have someone cover a shift because they close by 4:30 every day. I can't get off work till 6.....and one of my notices says "perishables".

What a thankless job! I really appreciate the folks who work here and always seem to great me with a smile. They are there everyday, rain or shine. Very helpful and friendly to me.

2 reviews I read are from individuals who don't understand the culture in this part of the country. I understand exactly where they're coming from and have experienced first hand what they say is "curt" and "rude", but get a grip on yourself because you're not that important. All you have to do is act a little humble, and quit savoring the smell of your own flatulence like your from San Francisco when you walk through the door, because these people up in the hills can see right through you.
