“As I was going through an altercation with Roto-Rooter, they said that I never pay them $9779.00 On a job during February 2023 and April 2023 Lori From security service help me find the amount that I paid them in two payments because I am having trouble with them on a job that they so-called did If it wasn’t for her, they would’ve took advantage of me and now they are coming to fix again the piping that they so-called never fixed. I appreciate everything from security service and all their employees do for me. Every time I come to the fountain branch, they are my family since 1994 when I arrived in Colorado and haven’t changed my bank since then to security service with love, Manuela Washington.”

My wife was written a personal check for something she sold to someone at a rather high value. We went to the bank that the buyer held an account at. They refused to cash her check due to company policy that wouldn't allow over a certain amount.
We made the hour long trip to Colorado Springs & took the chance at Collegiate Bank and Jacob was sooooo helpful that he restored my faith in banks. I told Jacob that I have hated banks for years due to how banks work & can scam an account holder out of their hard earned money.
Jacob reassured me that Collegiate was not like that.
After dealing with Jacob... I opened up an account with Collegiate and am very pleased with their hospitality and demeanor! They made me & my wife feel like we actually mattered!
