My wife was written a personal check for something she sold to someone at a rather high value. We went to the bank that the buyer held an account at. They refused to cash her check due to company policy that wouldn't allow over a certain amount.
We made the hour long trip to Colorado Springs & took the chance at Collegiate Bank and Jacob was sooooo helpful that he restored my faith in banks. I told Jacob that I have hated banks for years due to how banks work & can scam an account holder out of their hard earned money.
