“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Maggie Combs at the Ent Credit Union Falcon branch. Maggie sat with my mom, Loan Vint, for hours helping her navigate extremely complicated mortgage issues involving Freedom Mortgage, Army survivor benefits, and DOD retirement matters. My mom had been struggling because her mortgage payments were not being automatically withdrawn as they were supposed to be, and Freedom Mortgage repeatedly gave her the runaround without resolving anything.
My mom speaks with a heavy Vietnamese accent, and unfortunately, many customer service representatives do not take the time or patience to truly listen and help her. Maggie did. She was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. She treated my mom with respect and genuinely cared about getting everything sorted out correctly.

As her daughter, I live out of state now and can no longer be there in person to help my mom with complex financial matters. “I run many business accounts through this bank. This location is ideal because of the alternative hours. The manager and team has always been helpful in fulfilling my requests. This year I am having to get my taxes in order and there's been many changes operationally with the start of the Woman's Recovery Home. They got the process done for me, I appreciate that.
The other one I go to is near Austin Bluffs and Academy, they accept quarters. Fan of that place as well and their staff, no one over there is single though. 😆”

“I was in here last week Thursday or Friday. The bank teller that was putting in a check for me told me about an issue with my title and APR. She gave me all the information and paperwork to give the dmv. Out of every time I called and been at the bank, no one told me about the issue thats been happening since 2022, no one except her. I am so thankful she actually cared and did me right by telling me and now I wont be overpaying anymore. Wonderful service and went above and beyond. I cant remember her name but i know it started with a D.”

“Went in for a cash advance using my USAA debit card and it was such an easy and pleasant experience! I tried doing the exact same thing the day before and Wells Fargo and I wasn't able to get my money and I had to wait in a long line, it was a terrible experience. So, I'm glad I stopped here! The teller was friendly, no line and the transaction was fast and simple. I will definitively return if I'm in the same situation or need an ATM.”

I decided to visit anyway and have to say I was very pleasantly surprised.I was greeted by a lady (I apologize I did not get her name) as she opened the bank for the day, very friendly and immediately expressing an interest to help and get me where I needed to be.I had an appointment with Aaron who also could not have been more friendly.
