“Stopped in to discuss solutions for my 9yo dog who had a failed herniated disc surgery in 9/22. Carly was very knowledgeable and friendly. She was patient with all of my questions, seemed genuinely concerned, discussed the tinctures and sent me home with a treat sample since they were all sold out, explaining when the next shipment will arrive, other location, and online ordering. “I was having a wretched day. Aweful morning, then a $2 tipper in the Broadmoor, then I have a customer's order fall while I was delivering another. I went back to the store because I am part of the you break it you buy it generation. Well, these folks not only blessed me with a great kindness, but the manner in which they showed that kindness, was itself graceful and kind. I will be buying all my snacks here now. I work 16hr days 364 days a year, that will add up.
