This is the third consecutive year that I have filed my taxes with H&R Block on Fort Carson. I previously had an amazing tax accountant for 10 years, and then she retired. I wasn’t sure where to go and just decided to try H&R Block. I was very fortunate to get an outstanding tax analyst, Mackenzie Miley. She was professional, knowledgeable, and very fast. She provides sound advice and has always maximized my tax return. If you are looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable tax analyst, I would highly recommend Mackenzie on Fort Carson. She will take great care of you!

Candace has prepared our tax filings for the last coupe of years. She has corrected many things that were wrong with previous filings and gave us best practices going forward. We are always happy to work with her!

I ran out of time to do the internal survey, so I just wanted to do a quick review here. I swear I will only let Mackenzie M. do my taxes. I've had other preparers complete my taxes and messed up so bad. I don't even want to think about it. Mackenzie is easily the kindest and most knowledgeable person. She is so patient and answers any questions I have. I appreciate someone who can say they'll look into my question first before giving me an answer they're unsure of. She completed everything and filed for us so fast. I'd recommend her to anyone and everyone. She's absolutely the best and I'll take my taxes to her year after year! I had issues filing my state taxes using H&R Block online, so I went in to get help. I was told that my state taxes had already been filed (false), that they don't upload required forms, and that I should consider using a family member's address out of state because we're not Colorado residents. They clearly know less about filing taxes than I do, and I'm not a tax professional. Don't waste your time.
