Tori called me to correct this and didn't end up charging me for the incorrectly printed sheets. She also offered a better stock selection that saved me a significant amount of money. She just made that a great experience. The online service was handy, but seemed to miss (or I just didn't look or know to look for) some basic options she was easily able to sort out for me”
