“While using the app, I didn't see or failed to select the option to have the 400 page manual I needed to print printed double sided. Tori called me to correct this and didn't end up charging me for the incorrectly printed sheets. She also offered a better stock selection that saved me a significant amount of money. She just made that a great experience. The online service was handy, but seemed to miss (or I just didn't look or know to look for) some basic options she was easily able to sort out for me”

Rini help me with my order yesterday and then I got to meet her manager Lisa when my order was ready an hour later and I went back to pick it up I met Cathy. I have never experienced such a nice group of employees and the customer service they gave was off the charts amazing! I was about to go somewhere other but then I spoke to Trinity on the phone and I knew I had to go there. One of the employees there, Amber, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond assisting in getting me my package back.
