Convenient location to pick up stuff instead of dealing with on post mail rooms. It's annoying when anyone already pays to ship items and then I have to pay an additional fee to pick up that same item from the counter of this location. UPS corporate doesn't charge this, the independent owner offering the services does. Here's your transparency.

Called ahead to make sure there was going to be staff present during lunch, was told "100% I *the owner* am going to be here, so feel free to stop in anytime before 3:30" I got there at 2:10 and he's already locked up shop.

I have been using this place for 2 years now. I guess it has switched owners recently, cause since then they can't keep the good employees, and the Service has gone to hell. There is one girl that it still there I think from previous ownership, she is awesome, but haven't seen her in a while. The guy who I guess is the manager stinks, has given me wrong packages that i didn't catch until I got home. The post mail doesn't get delivered except like once every 2 weeks. I have several letters that the tracking say has been picked up at post office but not delivered to my box. Used to be a great place, but now I can't wait to move.

The new younger employees are terrible. No organization, no good customer service. Always cussing and giving attitude. Don't waste your time.

A very, very solid option for an on-post P.O. Box. Their printing services are very affordable and readily accessible during their hours of operation.

I don't use this service anymore, as I live in Pueblo now. Before I got married I used to use this UPS store. Absolutely amazing! Activation fee of $20 and $60 every three months for a post box. This price definitely fit into my budget as a PvT. When we would be given a task that required cac readers, this was generally our go to. They charge(very cheaply) for computer usage and printing. If you mess up your print they are usually very good about how they'll charge you. I 10/10 recommend this location to anyone new coming onto Fort Carson!

Compared to the iffy and unreliable mail service offered by the Brigade for barracks soldiers, getting a mailing address here is an upgrade. Is it free? No, but you don't have to align the planets to get your mail. Plus, it acts as an official mailing address for other business purposes, like a mailing address for your banking or bills.

If I ship a package to your UPS location does the person picking it up have to pay a fee to pick it up ?

Terrible experience. Waited in line for 30 minutes and was not helped. I’d rather drive 20 minutes to downtown to avoid using this store.

Trash ghetto "women" working there. Walked in no one helped just pointed at a computer for me to use. Then when I asked this girl had the audacity to say I needed to learn how to read. Everytime I have walked in a ups to print I email my documents to them and boom printed cause its so easy, this ghetto a** location charges you to use their computer guess they to broke to update their system. Also for being a professional place especially on base this women in the pic looked like trash with all her a** out. Apart from being rude she looked like a complete slut and was also flirting with all the soldiers who walked in really shows her character

Are you looking for a great place to receive mail at? How about quality service? What about nice employees? Do you enjoy not being charged for every little thing? Then look no further, you've found the place to be at.After encountering a bad experience with another UPS in the Colorado Springs area, I called and talked to the employee Pete. He was very informative, and helpful on all my questions with his answers. The transparency he and Mallory provided was amazing to say the least. Before I signed the contract here, I made sure I was not going to be charged for every little fee here and there. To my knowledge, that wasn't the case. If you go on vacation, leave for work, etc. and currently still have an active mailbox, you have up to 400 days to pick up your packages. This UPS location # 5039 does not charge you per package per day like other UPS locations might. Even if each UPS location is privately owned, that doesn't mean you need to charge the customer for every little fee here and there.I'm happy knowing my packages and mail will be received and well taken care of at this establishment. When opening my new mailbox, Mallory did an outstanding job with answering my questions and getting me out of the store in a timely manner. I was going to sign up for the year but decided to just do the 3 months due to being cheaper. This was based on their recommendation by the way.I highly recommend you to sign up for mail to receive your mail here. Surely you will not be disappointed because I know I wasn't at all.

2nd time going to this location and the employees were just as rude both times. Every question I asked seemed to be such a inconvenience to him. I don't plan on going to this location again.
