What's the point of having a store when you don't stock stuff and are too lazy to do your job. This location has been out of a certain beverage for a week now. They sell two flavors and the other day both where out. One person knew how to change it and reluctantly refilled one of the two flavors. Now 3 days later it's out and they won't go to the back and refill it. If they are to lazy to open the cap on a box. I can only imagine how motivated they are to clean the machine and other cooking and vending machines. They will however over charge you for everything and not give you the discount price on the sign while arguing with you that they don't have to honor their own posted promotions.
The new owners have turned this place into a dump in the past year or so. They fired everyone that speaks and understands English. I am not racist I don't care who you are from or for. But English is the language we speak in this town, state, country? So why do I have to learn another language to argue with someone about the price of a product that is on a company add on the window, door, counter, and Infront of the product. Just to get told in a language I don't understand that I am wrong and it will cost me $5 more

This is our local neighborhood 7-Eleven… it’s a straight up no frills old school “Kwik-E-Mart”. Special place in all communities for one of these. Right off the Spring Creek Trail for easy munchie access… 🌭🍕🍩

Anytime I come here before work early in the morning it’s the same deal: you stand there waiting minutes for one of the cashiers to acknowledge you and ring you up since they’re busy frantically scanning items for inventory and filling things out, then they act bothered they have to deal with you and ring you up. You’re lucky if they give you enough time to enter your phone number for rewards as well. Focus on customer service instead of the Amazon warehouse philosophy of needing inventory tasks done as fast as possible above all things.

Went in to get $10 gas and a Gatorade. As I was pumping gas the meter was going up but I couldn't hear any gas coming out. Sure enough tank was still on empty. Went in and the lady says that pump was not working and my card would be reimbursed but it wasn't. Now I have to go through my bank to get my money back. Go somewhere else

Their hot food is always expired. The night workers are rude for no reason. I have nothing more to say. Will not be going back

Blatant false advertising. Pricing on items in store doesn’t match how they ring up, and if you bring up that the price is wrong the cashier just says “no, no, I don’t think so” and stares at you like a drooling idiot until you put the items away or pay for a price you didn’t know existed.

Cleanest and friendliest of the 7/11s in town. Great service, especially overnight

I have come in this store twice a day for the last almost 4 months. Once for breakfast and once for lunch. I will. it be back again. I am pretty sure there is a new owner. All the employees have not only changed but changed ethnicity. That alone should say something. But now they will not honor their own prices. I went to purchase an item, nose spray, that was listed for $6.29. but rang up at over $12. and they refused to honor there advertised price. Regulars here will know what I mean about the employees chang s. Make your own conclusions.

I really used to like this store but since this morning when the cashier sitting around on her phone being lazy decided to get an attitude with me because I asked about the restroom, I will no longer be a customer. Did the management change or did these guys really go downhill that bad??

Station is great, but the morning cashier (30s, male, black hair, glasses, Asian) has a power trip every time I've seen him. Rude attitude and petty. Told this morning he wouldn't sell to me bc I didn't put my id directly in his hand. Enough is enough, I won't be back even in the afternoons

Had great experience at this store. Was taken care of by Lisa E. I was asking for a few items and she was very happy to help. I was very pleased with her and how she was a joy to be around. I will be returning.
