This place sucks now. Used to have cool friendly staff. New staff is foreign and talk shit about you in their native language and don’t think you can understand them. Well I can. Never going here again.

Used to be nice and friendly. Now the new employees are Extremely rude, and always have an attitude. Not a fan anymore. The morning shift. I'm going to start look to go somewhere else.

I honestly wouldn't go there unless you want to deal with a drunk racist guy at night, and when you try to report it to the General Manager they tell you they don't care because you don't work there!! So yeah not a good place to go especially when that's the type of employees they hire and the don't care about customers!! Apparently the owner replied to me and I can't reply to them. They suggested I report to that link, well that link is pointless!! Corporate doesn't care I already tried that and I am currently trying to get ahold if said "Owner" for these issues!!

I have been a regular customer at this 7/11 for over a year. Never really had any issues until they started hiring and firing all the wrong types of people. Mike BY FAR was the hardest working employee and would never cut corners or short out any work.
The current staff doesn't keep any of the warm food out until 9PM like they are SUPPOSED TO. Mike would always have them out when I came home from work at 8 because he knew that was the rule. Mike also cleaned that store out like it was a 100 year old storage unit while the 2 ladies on shift played on there phone's the entire time. I'm done going to this 7/11 for my dailies and wont return until the staff and ownership know how to treat their customers.

The ladie there tonight was in the back for about 15min and the floors where all dirty, the fact that I had to stand there for about 10min untell I got attended, and she was mad, for attending me. tirable costmer service, im never stoping here.

Horrible man with long hair laughed at me the entire time while I was trying to cash in my scratchers and made the whole transaction weird by just looking at me and laughing while other customers were behind me

First, and last time, at this 7 Eleven. Guy behind the counter (ponytail) was super rude and condescending. Definitely won't be back!!!

Told my girlfriend she was hired and just had to wait for an email over a month later we are still waiting for that email and got told the team was full already it wasn't a few weeks ago where's your explanation here cause clearly something went wrong somewhere or nobody there has the respect to tell my girlfriend the truth instead of jerking her around for weeks on end wasting our precious gas people need to work to survive and your making this unreasonably difficult because of the lack of communication

Tbh I seldom go to a 7/11 because the service usually sucks. But the last two times I’ve been there, Brittany has given me amazing service! She’s is friendly and bubbly! I will def be back if she is working! Thank you britiney!

Sierra is a beast at her job and deserves a raise. The best customer service I have had anywhere, and she is most definitely a 5 star employee without a doubt!

This 711 is absolutely marvelous and the late night shift person Artemis is a totally nice guy and very helpful for finding what I needed as well. I've been a patron of 711 literally over 25 years . And I am always happy to make positive reviews for folks from 711 because not all folks who work for 711 throughout the USA are nice but most are . I was on a long distance bicycle joinery and needed coffee at 4 am and no worries 711 is there . This particular 711 highly recommend by yours truly . ✌️
