Yesterday th 1/02/2025 at this 711 they took out money I'm at work I get out at 4 there no way I could of used my card so some one there is using my information I'ma sue if they do it again look at your cameras ill be goin there soon .

Staff will not allow you to use your 711 app points for discounts in store. You can use them for gas, but if you try at the register they will bypass it and charge you full price every time

I don't know her name but good God she has no customer service dead eyes and doesn't greet or anything. Customer service is needed in customer service. Watching paint dry would be more entertaining than her personality jesus.

This store was open late when I could not find another convenience open. 11pm ish. They staff was busy stocking but did not vibe me as a burden, totally cool. A bathroom, a redbull, and a smile. Thank you
