I was able to get my car in the week of inquiring with an issue that I hadn't been able to solve elsewhere or by myself. They had me in and out in a day all fixed up with super friendly service and knowledgeable techs - couldn't ask for a better experience!

I called because my car was making a rotating noise as I was speeding up while driving. I switched out my CV axle swaybar end links. Got my tires rotated and balanced still couldn’t figure out what was going on so I called this shop to diagnose it. they took my car and let me know It was my passenger front wheel bearing easy fix right? They sent me my diagnostic list and Gave me a whole list of The things my car needed Replaced including an oil change l, mind you I changed to my oil less than a week before taking it to their shop. They also tried telling me it was going to be more than a three hour job to replace one wheel bearing hub and $700 just in labor , $1350 total for ONE SIDE that is ridiculous!! My grandfather ordered the parts for less than $300 and replaced it in less than an hour don’t take your car here unless you’re made of money and want to throw it away.

This is an edit, replacing a previous review of A&B Import Auto. I got it completely wrong. I was not happy with a repair and the owner reached out and made everything right. I have been let down plenty by businesses' customer service, but A&B has single handedly restored my faith in humanity. No hyperbole here. At the end of the day, my impatience and stubbornness were met with A&B's integrity, persistence and hard work. They won out and I'm forever thankful! Thank you A&B!

Issues with an oil leak and check engine alert, and coolant leak. Prompt courteous service, honest.

Thanks for taking care with my Mulsanne. Very nervous taking it somewhere new--it is my baby after all. Super pleased with the quality of work performed! Tire pressures were set correctly and there is zero vibration! It's a gem of a shop in North fort Collins! Will keep you in mind for next time. Thanks to the whole team at A&B!! Tschüß!
