For some reason this store won't take Ace coupons. Their paint selection is very limited. Girl at the cash register was eating an ice cream while I was talking to her. Needs a little more professionalism, however I don't think that's what they're going for at this location

Went in for some hardware for an RV project and was welcomed by the nicest Ace employee who helped me find the best options. He was very nice, informed, and did not rush at all. Great service. I will be back.

I've been shopping at Poudre Velley CoOp for years. The staff is always helpful, if they can't answer you're question or find it, they get someone who can. Yes, it's more expensive than Walmart, but in line with other Ace Hardware stores and the service makes the difference. When I'm looking for something hard to find or needed for a rural home place I go here. Plus they have good animal feeds and a great lawn fertilizing program. Plus almost anything else you need for rural property, tire care, propane refills for the camper, fencing, and the list goes on.

I came down from Estes Park. After no success finding a new regulator for my grill, I went to Loveland and Ft. Collins to find a new one. I went to 2 gas grill places, Home Depot, and a gas company. No success. The gas company suggested I go to Ace Hardware on the frontage road. The Ace in Estes Park was no help so I was hesitant but I went. I asked for help and the man seemed a little lost for to help me with my special adapter to my propane tank. Then he called in Rob. He was the only guy I talked to who knew his stuff. He sold me a part that did not match the old one. I came home and hooked it up and it worked. Thank you Rob. You are the man and I feel you went the extra mile.

Disgruntled and Unfriendly employees, higher than average prices, and generally outdated store take it down to one star for me, but I threw an extra star in there because they sell warm burritos and they're in a convenient location if you're in the area just east of I-25 between Highway 14 and East Vine.
