Don’t normally leave reviews, but since I have been in and out of here a lot frequently, I have made several observations while I am alone vs. when I am with my husband. They DO profile. I was at a different section than my husband and overheard them talking about him on their radio. He knew what he was looking for and didn’t need help. Yesterday a worker cornered him to show him all of the options and didn’t give him one chance to look for himself. Customer service and hovering are not the same. Do better. We have spent a lot of money at your store, but we won’t be back.

We bought a grill from Ace for the same price as online but ... Ace delivered an assembled grill at no charge! They wouldn't even take a tip. We could not be happier with the service. MUCH better to buy from Ace Hardware of Fort Collins.

The guy in the light bulb section took a lot of time to help me find the right ones. Specialty bulbs are difficult to match, but he did. Very helpful.

Looking for an obscure faucet handle (as someone who knows nothing about plumbing) and found it at Ace (after spending time in Home Depot). The staff is amazing here and is the reason I return.

SPEND YOUR $ ELSEWHERE. These people like to profile folks apparently. Went in to buy a pair of work gloves, found the ones I wanted, bought them at the front desk. Then as I’m walking out the store, a few male employees approach me & accuse me of stealing. Made me empty all my pockets, & what do you know I had NOTHING in my pockets. What a laughing stock. STAY IN YOUR LANE GRANDPA.
