Hands down the best PT team I have ever worked with. Sara and the crew here are top notch and made me feel really comfortable while offering expert advice that got me back to the full range of mobility I was looking for. Wicked friendly and always engaged in my muscle improvement. They’re fantastic!

The therapists at Adams and Giddings are extremely caring and professional. I am able to run, bike, climb and ski because of these PT’s. As I age I hurt and my past injuries come back to haunt me, I would not be able to be as active as I am without coming here. I cannot recommend these PT’s enough.
