Absolutely insane service and disrespectful workers. Not only did I encounter this in person but also on the road on my way to work this morning. I was behind a VW with license plate BQY-W00 and they were swerving in and out of cars, cutting people off and purposely brake checking people to try and get them to run into them. Absolutely ridiculous behavior for a company and I can see now why you have not one positive review.

I am absolutely furious with the abysmal level of service I've encountered from this company. Never in my entire life have I faced such incompetence and sheer disregard for customer satisfaction. Our contract should have ended months ago, but these incompetent buffoons are downright refusing to terminate our services. It's an endless barrage of excuses, which are nothing more than blatant lies, in a desperate attempt to chain us to their subpar offerings.To add insult to injury, they refuse to take back our leased equipment, demanding exorbitant fees and drowning us in paperwork that they conveniently "forget" to provide. Emails and phone calls go unanswered, as if our concerns are beneath their consideration. Meanwhile, they audaciously continue to invoice us for services we have long stopped receiving and unequivocally rejected.This company's utter lack of professionalism and contempt for its customers is nothing short of infuriating. It's a disgrace that they can operate with such impunity, exploiting and frustrating those unfortunate enough to be entangled in their web of incompetence. I wouldn't wish dealing with this company on my worst enemy.

Service has gone downhill. We bought a Konica Minolta printer from ACP in 2016 and had no issues and always felt they were quick and reasonable to service it when needed. In 2023, we replaced the printer with a new one. 1 month in and a part became faulty and the printer was not functioning. While the part was under warranty, we ended up having to pay for labor and other materials related to the fix on this brand new, $3500 machine because we did not sign up for a “service plan”. I understand that we were not covered by that, but the lack of understanding, empathy, and willingness to find solutions by those in management roles was appalling to me. I refuse to believe that customer service is dead and will seek out the service from other companies that value their clients.

Not only did they charge our church a ridiculous amount of money to terminate our lease, they continued to bill us after our lease was terminated and they had picked up the copier.

Some auto mated system continues to call. Not able to have my number removed. End up on endless hold and no return voicemail. Does not speak well if this is how they handle communications for their service.

All Copy Products has been a great company to work with. They have maintained our office copier for at least 6 years, and have never let us down. When the maintenance contract had expired, and we had toner on order and maintenance completed on dates out of contract, they quickly got our contract renewed with the same pricing. Their friendly maintenance tech, Curt Beer, is always courteous and out to help us with any issues on the machine in a timely manner. Thank you All Copy!!!!!

Run the other way and whatever you do don't sign a contract with them. They did a terrible job on needs assessment, delivered junk for printers and then failed to do anything about it. Tried to cancel a 5 year contract after 2 years. The 5 years is up, contract is over paid in full and they are still sending bills. Complete incompetence. Raised the price every year to maximum amount with no justification. Use went down over time and monthly fees doubled!!! Don't just take my word. Read other reviews on them.
