Not a place I would recommend. Experienced privacy violations with staff leaving patients names and information along with patients' health data on the front counter for anyone to see. There is not someone there to answer the phone so hard to reach during business hours and district manager is atrocious. Zero customer service skills. After experiencing her I cancelled all appointments and found a different therapist. This franchise reminds me of a comfort dental, one on every corner, same treatment agenda for all and herd people through like cattle. You do not always get the same therapist so the consistency is not there. Do yourself a favor and look for the local small business physical therapist and avoid this chain franchise.

Most of all, I realized that I do not appreciate their manner of treatment. Everyone is treated in a small shared space and they start to instruct their next patient before they are even done with you! Appointment times are 30-40 minutes and in that time I did not feel direct attention to detail. They are distracted by the happenings around them and are sometimes working with multiple patients simultaneously. I appreciate the catering to "what I wanted to work on for that day", but I did not go to school for physical therapy. I need a treatment providers to use their knowledge & trial & error- instead of routine. I felt like I was thrown into their mundane routine of assigning exercises and giving them heat or ice after. I went to alliance physical therapy for lower back issues to include sciatica and paresthesia in my left leg. The first time around I went in for tx 2x weekly and was called on the day of my last appointment to give me a heads up that I was only eligible for one more appointment.... an inconvenient and abrupt end to my treatment plan. A lack of planning and oversight within their office. I decided to give them another shot since we are all human and I was already an established patient there. Again, I experienced lack of an actual treatment plan and lack of follow-up in regards to my insurance questions- to make sure I didn't have the same experience.

I just graduated from 16 weeks of shoulder therapy and this group of therapists is the BEST! Aside from knowing the shoulder so well, each were a blessing explaining why I felt the way I did every step of the way. I love sharing this team is 5 Star!!

The crew at Alliance Physical Therapy are top notch. I spent 4 months with them for shoulder rehab after surgery. They are mindful of where you are in recovery, always checking in, and pacing your rehab such that recovery goes as smooth as possible. I highly recommend anyone at Alliance Physical Therapy for your rehab and recovery journey.

I re-injured my back and suffered debilitating pain in my lower back, ham strings, coupled with severe sciatic pain on both legs. I had eight physical therapy sessions with Lacy Tonniges and two sessions of medical message with Melinda Kelly. They worked closely together to coordinate my treatment with the result that within a month they were able to save me from chronic pain. They both exhibited superb knowledge, treatment, coupled with patience and care. They are consummate professionals and I am indebted to them both and to Alliance Physical Therapy.

Couldn't ask for a better team to help me recover from a pretty severe shoulder injury and corresponding rotator cuff surgery. Alex, Layne, Steve, and Matt are awesome to work with...they're true professionals! They have their patient's care at the forefront of all they do, and they're fun to be around to boot! I was privileged to see this talented team weekly for about four months, and I'm truly going to miss seeing them...I consider them all friends. Thanks a million for getting me well on my way back to a normal life, you guys rock!

Glad they accept my medical insurance. However, they poorly communicated their new location. They scheduled a new appointment the same day, but did not offer any compensation for the wasted time and lyft money. I had to cancel my shift for my appointment but the customer service is low since there was no offered benefit. I went through a hassle to get to my appointment, and they lack customer care on their part. Also, they should have a direct line for the Fort Collins office instead of the call being sent to Greely when scheduling and confirming appointments. I don't recommend this location for physical therapy since they lack organization.
