I'll start with saying the local guys are fantastic but dealing with their outsourced customer service has been terrible beyond belief! We were told on Friday they couldn't deliver because our driveway wasn't plowed even though we had hired an excavation company to completely clear our driveway. Pictures included showing how our driveway was the day they said it wasn't plowed. I had tried to talk with customer service about this issue and make sure they were not trying to deliver to another house and customer service said they will have the driver call prior to delivery which never happened. Customer service talks down to its customers and never follows through. Wish I could just talk to the local people who actually care about their customers.

Propane delivered on time and that delivery was communicated to me after it was done.

This has to be the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life. It made the fact my father died even worse. I was handed from one incompetent person to another, and it seemed they were all outsourced so I get that they don’t know how to help because they don’t actually know anything about the company. Terrible experience and you need a star on the spectrum for that because “poor” is too generous for what I went through.

The information that was provided to me about my "fill" was the exact information I was billed. This does not show an actual meter reading of the exact gallons that were to be filled. I was charged for 250g and I don't believe there was actually 250g put in. I also was given an excuse that the gauge "sticks" from time to time. You all installed it, if it's stuck replace it under warranty! Not sure why I would have a faulty gauge after only a year.....

I cannot say enough great things about Nate. We've had some not so great luck and every instance we've worked with Nate he went above and beyond to make sure we were safe and warm. It's so rare to find someone who cares as much as that man does. He is so knowledgeable and down to earth and incredibly good at what he does. I'll be an amerigas customer for life strictly because of the phenomenal care and service we got from Nate. He deserves so much recognition and appreciation.

I have seen other reviews like this but I have had a horrible time with Amerigas. On my most recent residential tank fill, they charged me $5.00/Gal which is grossly overpriced but I have no option because I rent their tank. The delivery was late from the timeframe they gave me so I went to the website to update my tank level and it said it would deliver within one day. Our tank was extremely low and it's used to heat our house so I was concerned if we would have heat for the -22° night ahead of us. I called the number to see if we could get delivery that day (it's excruciating to get a real person on the line) and they were no help at all as they are a non-local call center looking at the same information I already have. I was under the impression renting a larger tank would save on costs and add a convenience factor but it's done neither.

Nothing about my experience has been positive with Amerigas. I was charged $4.87 per gallon on my last residential refill. I called their competitors (Schrader, Poudre Coop) and they are charging around $2.00 per gallon. My home has a rented tank (agreement made by prior owners, not me) and Amerigas refuses to sell it to me, making us a captive victim of this gross overcharge because no one else will fill this rented tank. It is an obscene business practice.

Today I had a delivery of propane. The Driver is an amazing man, he deserves to be recognized for going above and beyond . David Calderon thank you for your hard work and dedication. Amerigas you are lucky to have an employee as great as David, it speaks volumes for your customer service. Highly recommend Amergas for your propane services. Thanks again appreciate you all.

Made us pay a fee we already paid for to get propane and now I'm out and want to change me 300 to get it in the next 24hrs. I can't feed my family now. I spent weeks trying to find a company to fill it and I pay right then but no one would. So we had to pay a one time fee twice and I got told I was irresponsible cuz it ran out. So 500 bucks later and I still won't have propane for 7 to 10 days. Wow. Just wow they don't care about customers they care about money.
