Brett (with two ts) was great. I needed a quick replacement for a lost phone, and he went above and beyond to help me with that. He is also very knowledgeable about their entire line of phones, and helped my mother upgrade to a better phone at a lower price. Thanks!

I've been a customer with AT&T for quite a while, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize the wonderful service I received at this store. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with respect, patience, and care. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I understood my options and felt confident with my choices. They explained everything clearly, took the time to answer all my questions, and didn’t make me feel rushed we are an older group of folks.
It’s reassuring to know that there are still businesses that prioritize kindness and quality service. Thank you to everyone at the store for making my experience so positive! I highly recommend this store to anyone in need of excellent help and advice.

On July 21,2024, the door was locked when we arrived around 12:10 with a sign saying "Back at 12:00." Please keep in mind the store is scheduled to be open at 11:00 am. The rep showed up around 12:20- 12:25 with a soda and a fast food bag. Then, he was real short, curt, and acted like we were a burden.

The store on Harmony has one of the best customer service in town for AT&T. Bryson is the one who took care of me and found out what was the problem with my iPhone 15 Pro Max. Sold me a case and a glass cover and it works solid now. I will always recommend that Store. Bryson and his team were awesome. I will always recommend that store.

In the 12 years my family and I have been with AT&T, I've never had someone help us with our bill the way Jacob did. He told us what we were being charged for and a way to remove it if we wanted to (something the other stores refused to tell us), My family and I will be going out of our way to come to this store to deal with Jacob.
