After being completely misled and charged hundreds of dollars for setting up a wireless service and phone plan with services I asked not to be added as well as completely untrue information about trade in value at the HARMONY STORE (stay as far away as you can!!!!), I went to the store on JFK. They completely rectified the harmony stores’ lies and false information. They listened to all of my concerns and were very understanding and really made a difference. I really appreciate their concern, care, and effort to fix everything that I experienced. It was a completely different experience at this store. Everything was explained in depth and I was able to clearly understand the contract and was given all of the options upfront without misleading information. Matt and Morgan are the best!!! Highly recommend this store. So grateful for their help.

Waited over an hour to be helped. Over 40 minutes to just be checked in. All I needed was a printed receipt and three people have finished and gone to lunch. Not prompt or friendly service which they claim to be their gaurentee.

Matthew was very helpful and was an excellent representative of the AT&T brand. He helped us, did his job of upselling but without being pushy, and was very professional. This was an enjoyable shopping experience and AT&T has earned customer loyalty.

The service rep kept harassing to get the insurance package on the phone I said no the 4 times he asked and still at the end told me that att puts it on and after 2 weeks I have to cancel. Rep did not tell us about the different package prices for the phone or specials. Also just gave us the lowest gig of phone and didn't even ask if we wanted a bigger gig phone. It was the most uncomfortable time me and my family had. He also kept staring and made us feel very uncomfortable.

The store manager,Lauren, and associate Kody were spectacular!!!! I had at least 10 call center representatives fail my problem. This store is well run, professional, and a wealth of knowledge. Don’t give up, go see this location. Highly recommend. These 2 worked tirelessly, patiently, and professionally until my issue was resolved.

Don’t bother making an appointment. Took them 15 minutes to check me in; after 30 minutes waiting past the set appointment time there seemed to be no movement and no concern for keeping me waiting.

I had some questions about my account. Whitney and Vanessa (I hope that is right) took the time to dig into my account and explain how things were setup. I really appreciate their time and patience. I then upgraded my phone and they went over a couple options so I could choose the best one for me. Would definitely go back to and recommend this location. Great customer service!
