I had gone into Crash Champions for an estimate and to schedule my repair (first claim) for my vehicle getting side swiped in a parking lot. Before my wrecked car could be repaired, my vehicle was hit resulting in a second claim. Crash Champions worked with two different insurance companies and took care of everything. Thank you, I am 1,000% pleased!!!!!

I car was recently hit by another. Josh and Kris at crash champions rolled out the red carpet to ensure that my vehicle was dealt with before schedule, and returned it looking amazing! Great customer care (I received multiple notifications on my repair status), and zero hassle. I would totally recommend them if you’re looking for auto body repair.

Crash Champions was extremely professional throughout the entire repair process. Their team kept me informed, treated me with respect, and did quality work on my vehicle. I really appreciated their honesty and attention to detail and it’s clear they care about doing the job right.
However, I’m very frustrated with how the insurance side of things played out specifically with Progressive. For the premium I pay every month, I expect original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts, not cheap aftermarket alternatives. It doesn’t make sense to pay top dollar for coverage, only to be told that corners have to be cut by progressive when something actually goes wrong.
Thankfully, Crash Champions stood by their work and explained everything clearly. But insurance companies like Progressive need to start prioritizing policyholders over profit. If you’re paying for full coverage, you should get the real parts not second rate replacements.
