I brought my car in after an accident. The staff was professional and respectful. My car was fixed within a week and it was returned to me spotless inside and out. They communicated to me every step of the way. There were no extra charges. I would use this company again every time.

Had an unfortunate incident with a negligent driver. We all know how much of a nightmare it can be dealing with insurance and body shops. Crash Champions on Mulberry made it seamless! They got me in TWO days after the accident and had my car back to me in TWO weeks!!! They gave me updates twice a week and even cleaned it out prior to returning it. The customer service was probably the best I'd ever had and I'd highly recommended them again and again!

I can't say enough about how awesome these guys are. I was hit while stopped at a light and the insurance company we had to deal with was seriously awful. Tate and the Crash Champions team helped me not only deal with the insurance people but also worked and communicated with my Dad and I with so much kindness and expertise, every step of the way. It was such a relief to have this team on my side, and even though the process was painful, they did everything they could to make my life easier and very extremely communicative, quick to respond, highly skilled at their jobs, and even recommended other resources when the insurance company failed to do their job. Even though my car should have been totaled, they were able to fix the issues and get my car back on the road quickly and at no cost to me. These guys are absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone I know. Thank you so much, Crash Champions. You guys rock!

I had a terrible experience with the first shop my car was at, as well as my insurance company. By time it had gotten to Crash Champions, it had already been two months since my accident... I was so thankful for twice-weekly updates Chris would provide me, letting me know exactly what stage of the process they were at. When I got my car back it looked brand new, and drives better than before. I am very thankful for the work ethic, communication and professionalism I experienced with this company.
