She worked quickly to take my info and current policies and check on their available options, and quickly came back to tell me that they couldn't do better than my current policies at this time. This is a good sign, and I will definitely reach out to them again when I go to check insurance rates in the future.”
“When we first moved to Fort Collins, we were referred to the Goosehead Agency. I talked to someone and was put in a Traveler's policy. I tried calling the person I talked to back, but he was no longer there, nor was the other person I was referred to, or the person after that. I ended up doing a chat online with someone who had no idea what they were doing. I then spent hours online holding for a human to talk to, but again, the lack of knowledge and the time it took was soooooo frustrating. I called Ben Parsons' State Farm Agency and talked to Louie. The old-school kind where I try to give them my policy number and Clairissa already has it pulled up and just asks which car I'm calling about. It's always important to compare and try to get the best rate but if it's even close sign with Gary Cramer. It's on my top ten best decisions list.”
“I really don't know how I feel about this insurance they give you a price over there phone and then when you go in to the office it's a different price from over the phone..and when you tell them you get paid on the 3rd of the month they still try and take you money 5 day before you get paid.”
