Brought my carriage round the back for a standard wood coat and the manager said I was off my rocker, so he denied me service. However, Josh stood up for me and told me his gremlins could do it for free in his shed. He just said I couldn't make eye contact with the lead gremechanic, Boyle. It was a close call and I almost lost my pharynx, but at the end of the day I left a satisfied customer with some of Boyles mothers gremolata stew.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this AutoZone , My girlfriend and I went to purchase a thermostat, and unfortunately, the employee we encountered was extremely rude. When we went to pay, I handed him the cash, and he carelessly threw the receipt and my change onto the counter. Because of this unprofessional behavior, I will not be returning to this location in the future."

I went to get a new battery for my car for the first time and due to some corrosion and manhandling, my connector broke. Aaron, the manager here, took a look and searched his inventory and everything for a replacement part and not only fixed the broken piece but cleaned all my connectors and ensured everything was tight fitting and well installed. I am not only impressed with Aaron’s ability to get me what I needed, but with his demeanor and how he handled the situation. I will be returning for things I need for my car. Thank you Aaron, you saved me a lot of time, money, and heart ache.

I wish I could do seven stars. Aiden Ben and everyone one else I interacted with on this battery/alternator with are fantastic employees and people. I’m an ex wildland firefighter arborist single dad pretty mechanical but learning. And I’m impressed

Just had what has to be the laziest employee tell me he couldn't check the stock here at his own store, when I had been sent here by another auto zone. THIS EMPLOYEE NEEDS FIRED. NEXT TIME ILL GO TO ORIELEYS
