Had an amazing experience at this location in Fort Collins. My jeep was having battery problems (and more) and Joe L. helped me a lot. Did the battery replacement and gave good advice. Was very efficient and nice.

I bought some bulbs at this store for my brake light and I don't know how to pop out the cover I had it unscrewed and everything and the guy was such a jerk that works there told me he didn't have time to help me pop out the light cover which only takes 2 minutes. There was nobody in the store and two other people working with him. worst customer service at this store

I went in with a busted head light and Joe L. Came out and helped me remove the old light and then went and found the right light and looked for the cheapest one to save me a little money. His customer service was incredible he was even off the clock and chose to help me out how many people would continue to work even after they were no longer getting paid. He made sure the light worked and only then did he say that he was clocked out and he was going to head home to his family, but he made the experience amazing!!! I will definitely be back just to see him give him a raise.

I thought I was going to have to call AAA. I thought I was going to have to get work done at the dealership. This staff is amazing. The store manager was extremely kind, patient, and worked hard to help me figure out my car trouble. They saved me so much trouble. The staff did their best to answer any necessary questions and were so attentive to help us out. I’d forever support this autozone! Thank you all so much!

My fiancé went here for a battery for her truck. Guy asked her whether it was a v6 or v8, she didn't know so I showed up and he said he could figure it out from the plate or registration...so I went there to do something this lazy useless kid could have spent 20 steps to figure out. While calming down my fiancé and telling her it's ok, a new guy showed up to install the battery and was a true gentleman. HE was the best part of this visit. The young man child we dealt with before was 1,000,000 times more useless than having a kiosk at your entrance. Whoever the owner is needs to get involved in this business more than they already "think" they are.

Such a great experience at this store. I came in to purchase a new battery for my car. The staff were super friendly and ready to help. AJ Leipold helped me find the right battery size and even helped install it for me. Super grateful for AJ taking his time to really make sure my new battery was set up correctly considering how chilly it was outside. I was in desperate need and probably wouldn’t have been able to get home that night without the new battery replacement so thank you again!

I wanted to share that I had a great customer service encounter with Angel yesterday! He was so kind, and offered his help immediately. As a woman, sometimes we are doubted, especially in an auto parts store. He allowed me the independence to find my own part, but reassured me that he was there if I wanted his assistance. He made my day. Thank you ☺️
