I was looking for an advisor for advice on a specific ax situation related to selling a rental property. Not only was Greg the only person that I contacted that actually responded,, but he did so quickly and set up an appointment so we could discuss the matter.
Greg gave me great advice and taught me a lot about the transaction and implications in a short time. Greg at Balanced Financial was extremely helpful with explaining his optimization report for my husband and I regarding Social Security and other ideas about income and growing investments.
