I have been using the bank of Colorado since 1999. The service and warming energy with the staff across from Grand Junction to Fort Collins, Colorado has been more than excellent. To put words to action , this morning my Jeep died in the banks parking lot. Mr Ryan Gloden , without hesitation helped assist me with a personal battery jumper from his vehicle. The service was above and beyond! Thank you for years of great service.

We have been customers at the Bank of Colorado, Lincoln Avenue Branch, Fort Collins since 2012. We have always received excellent customer service and that continues to this day. It is a well run bank. The staff are friendly, easily accessible, knowledgeable and kind. They address and help us with any concerns we have. We appreciate the expertise of regional manager, Ryan Gloden, and branch manager, Ryan Caldwell.

I cannot say enough good things about the Bank of Colorado. I have used them for the past 15 years, and I'm extremely grateful for the amazing customer service. With the rise of identity theft and fraudulent activity, anytime I have any issues, the fraud detection department calls me and we get everything straightened out quickly and new cards are issued quickly.

I have banked casually with Bank of Colorado for many years and have always had great service. Recently, Ryan helped me with a delicate situation and I was so relieved to be working with someone as knowledgeable, friendly and sensitive as he proved to be. I regularly use the location located on Lincoln St in Ft Collins. I transferred from another bank a couple years ago and couldn't be happier. The staff is friendly, responsive, consistent and they are reliable. I feel that since they interact with the money I earn and spend and save, banks have a responsibility to build a relationship. There needs to be trust and accountability. I have experienced both at Bank of Colorado. Maddie, Ryan (both) and Nick have shown that they value my business and the relationship.

We were only shopping around for a new bank but after meeting and speaking with Ryan Caldwell we decided to move all four of our accounts to this bank. Very friendly, professional and customer oriented without the annoying fees and absence of service other banks are trying to get away with these days.

Can't say enough good things about Bank of Colorado.As a former 40+ year customer of a nation wide bank, I was totally dissatisfied with their timeliness, response, and resolution to THEIR mistake. It was clear that I was not a valued customer nor was there a "relationship" with my old "national" bank.I visited Bank of Colorado on a friend's recommendation and before I even opened an account, I was impressed with the personalized service in answering all my questions. They made the transition easy. Bank of Colorado handled all my needs, and they seamlessly allow electronic transfer of funds to/from my brokerages. They provide sound advice with respect to avoiding scams, and how to minimize my risk relative to identity theft. They genuinely care about their customers. Bank of Colorado has assisted me with an Estate account and has made the banking side of the Executor role easy. They provide sound guidance and when I need to do something just so, they provide clear and understandable direction...it's always "done right the first time" with BoC. I feel like a valued customer and get a sincere "thank you" whenever i go into or call a branch. Their actions show they believe in "relationships" with their customers. It truly feels like a small, home town bank but with all the capabilities of a national bank. Bank of Colorado continually meets and exceeds my expectations.
