Not impressed. Upon my first visit with Dr. Odeke he asked, “so why are you here?”.I got the impression he hadn’t read or reviewed any of the intake information I provided him with till he sat down with me. Getting my first prescription filled took 2-3 weeks.Just had my second visit with Dr. Odeke and did not appreciate how he spoke at me or the fact that he complained about a previous patient not believing him. I spent more time waiting for Dr. Odeke contrasted to actual time spent with him (maybe 10 minutes). Probably because I didn’t feel comfortable asking him any questions, just wanted to leave and find another Endocrinologist.

I saw Dr Odeke regarding a new diagnosis. He was wonderful, very patient centered, ensuring that all of my questions were answered and I understood the plan of care and next steps. At the onset of the appointment he asked what my expectations were for the appointment so that he ensured that he met that expectations. There was absolutely no rush and I felt as if I was the only patient. It was really a great appointment.

Doctor Ratliff is an absolute medical unicorn. I've unfortunately had a lot of not great experiences with the medical industry between myself and elderly members of my family. Many of them did not listen to concerns, were annoyed by questions, and just generally seemed like their love of healing left long before we ever set foot in the hospital.Dr. Ratliff is literally the antithesis of everything I just mentioned. He was thoughtful, patient, and has a tempered approach to medicine that is far more in alignment with how I like to address things than my previous experiences. His bedside manner is impeccable, and totally disarming.If you have medical anxiety or you are looking for a Doctor who truly cares about what you're going through—I can't recommend him enough. I can honestly say we've found our Family's forever GP.On another note—we had practically zero wait time, and the lab tech kindly squeezed us in right before closing (which meant she had to stay a few minutes late), just so we didn't have to make the hour drive again. Front desk and nursing staff are also friendly and uber competent. I'm a big fan of Banner Health based off our last experience.

The health care professionals I have worked with in Banner Health are excellent. The only problem is there are not enough of them so appointments can take up to 6 months to get into a specialist.

Alba Riley, FNP was recommended when I called looking for a primary care person. She had glowing reviews and comments. I felt comfortable talking to her and was pleased with my appt.

Do not bother to see endocrinology Dr .He doesn't care.He told me he doesn't want to hear about my symptoms.One number on my bloodwork was enough for him to dismiss my concerns.Worst Dr ever!( I waited many months to get that appointment- how disappointed I was!

I highly recommend Banner.I don't know why I didn't start my health care with Banner, but I absolutely regret dealing with CU Health now that I see the difference.

Dr Kober and ALL of his staff are awesome! If you wan people that are thoughtful, nice, positive and do their job to the 9 then come here! I was recommended by multiple people to come here and I’m so glad I did. Quit wasting time and come see Dr Kober

I literally have zero insulin and was seen in clinic yesterday and still don't have my insulin refills that are my life saving medications. They sent me to the non-urgent messaging service when I clearly stated I needed to speak with someone and get some insulin before I have to go to an ER! The M.A. I saw yesterday even told me she'd make sure I had those in before I left so I would have I insulin for today and now I dont! They are so unwilling to help or move out of their seats for anything, how am I suppose to feel like my life is in good hands when they can't even sign for refills even when it is emergent. VERY disappointed in this clinic and the service here! I will not recommend this clinic to any other diabetic! They'd rather send me to an ER than give me refills urgently with zero insulin and a blood sugar of 350! Zero concern for the health of their patients! Definitely transferring elsewhere!

The facility got me in very quickly for an appointment everybody there was very kind. Dr. Gardner was very knowledgeable and took time to talk to me and explain things to me was very compassionate.
