Bryan is fantastic! I understand why my realtor calls on him as her first choice! He is incredibly thorough with his Inspection and takes the time needed to investigate peculiarities fully! I am extremely grateful for his extensive knowledge… And how he his findings are recorded so clearly, both in writing and verbally. Plus, he is very prompt with his visits, his follow up and his documentation. I am extremely happy with the services received! Bryan was recommended to us by our veteran realtor as someone who gets good reviews that she's recommended in the past. Our experience lived up to the reviews! Bryan returned our initial call immediately, asked a number of pertinent questions and explained the inspection process. We scheduled the inspection, then received a short questionnaire to provide additional info. We then had the option to pay which we took, rather than waiting until the job was done. We were not disappointed. Bryan called the morning of the inspection with his precise ETA, and when we arrived a few hours later, he had completed most of the inspection and was able to review several findings with us and also explained how some of the systems in the home work, affirmed that appliances were working, answered questions, etc. We received the initial report within 2 days. The report is extremely thorough, provides detailed explanations of problems found & recommends solutions, includes many helpful pictures of the house (inside, out & drone!!), and the whole experience was both extremely professional and very down to earth and personable. Bryan is an affable guy, happy to discuss what he is experiencing on the job to give you a deeper understanding of the process. Finally, Bryan followed through the day after he sent the initial report, with provision of radon findings (they were high - so thankful we had the inspection). He also reconfirmed a problem he'd found earlier in the week but wanted to re-check. This is the first home inspection we've ever commissioned as buyers so we have nothing to compare it to, but we can say that all aspects of our experience with Bryan and Be Squared were positive and productive and that everything promised was completed in a professional and clear manner. It is always refreshing and rewarding to work with a professional with excellent customer service who takes his/her job seriously. Thanks Bryan!

The entire process was super easy from start to finish. I contacted him as soon as our offer was accepted and he scheduled the inspection the very next day, which I appreciated as we were heading out of town. I only had to fill out a short questionnaire and he took care of all the rest. He did an extremely thorough job and the report was comprehensive and well organized. My husband was so impressed, he immediately wanted to hire Be Squared Home Inspection for our primary residence too as the inspection at the time we bought that house several years ago was not well done and my husband appreciated everything that Be Squared was able to deduce from inspecting our second home. I would highly recommend Be Squared to anyone needing a quality home inspection!

I had a very good experience with Bryan. He was very prompt in scheduling, professional throughout, and went above and beyond to help. He has you fill out a questionnaire to get a sense of what you’re looking for in the inspection and offered a sewer line inspection and coordinated all of that which made it super easy. The report was very thorough and he was more than available to discuss his findings which was very helpful. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and highly recommend Be Squared Home Inspection.
