When we first moved to Fort Collins, we were referred to the Goosehead Agency. I talked to someone and was put in a Traveler's policy. I tried calling the person I talked to back, but he was no longer there, nor was the other person I was referred to, or the person after that. I ended up doing a chat online with someone who had no idea what they were doing. I then spent hours online holding for a human to talk to, but again, the lack of knowledge and the time it took was soooooo frustrating. I called Ben Parsons' State Farm Agency and talked to Louie. It was wonderful to talk to a real person who always picked up or returned calls immediately. I wish I had gone with this agency immediately and saved myself months of frustration. I have no interest in ever changing!! Thank you, Louie and State Farm, for making me feel so much more secure and providing me with exactly what we needed.

If you have a bad experience with the representative, I highly suggest asking for Judy. I had a very bad experience with one of the representatives when she called me to tell me our premium was going up (it tripled). She didn’t seem like she wanted to look into how we could lower it. I decided to call other insurance companies, which no one was willing to cover our home. I called State Farm again & asked for a replacement cost estimate to be sent to us to review what all was said to be in our home. I spoke with Judy & since she sent me the estimate, she went above & beyond to help us get our premium lowered. She was very knowledgeable & seemed happy to help. 10/10 will recommend Judy to our friends & family!

Lara at this office is amazing, she is so helpful and so responsive anytime I have a question or need. She responds immediately and has always been so helpful, kind, courteous and thorough. Insurance can be very confusing, and I am so thankful to have her to help me navigate the insurance plans that are right for me. Thank you Lara, you are wonderful.

Rented a Minivan to go visit my family and Ben Parsons put the rider on my policy to cover the additional coverage for the rental. It was worth the piece of mind that I was covered on my trip covering 17 states and over 6000 miles.

Ryan was extremely helpful. I purchased a new vehicle and had trouble contacting my old auto insurance company. I was able to go into the office and get everything taken care of in about an hour. Would recommend.

I noticed a windshield chip just yesterday. I called State Farm to find out if I had insurance on windshield repair. Ken answered. He looked up my policy, confirmed coverage and contacted the local glass repair company. Within five minutes the glass company called. Within a few short minutes an appointment was set up for the next day. On the next day the repair was flawless.
Thanks Ken for your marvelous service in helping me. And for teaming up with such a great glass repair company.
Well within 24 hours my windshield is healed and Im happily on my way.
