It’s usually great customer service but yesterday not so much went in to purchase era bud n the first person I was goin to ask a question said Im off n this isn’t my area . Then the second person was a little more helpful but while helping he said I gotta go but I can call someone else to help u. Wow ! I was always told being in customer service myself to help all customers!

If I could give 0 star I would I was standing in line was ignored by 3 associates. Finally Ian assisted with my return not only was he rude, he was not helpful at all. He kept cutting me off, requesting a receipt. Mind you I placed this order on line and the package came with no receipt. He said "I understand but still need a receipt" Again I explained and he said I cant do anything with out a bar code. I looked up my account on line and provided one. He then asked about when did I purchased I told him when I purchased, when I received and the date I had to be able to return. In the middle of this he kept cutting me off. Asked for a manager 2 times and walked away from me. Finally the Manager came up 15minutes later to press a button and make the transaction happen. I was not acknowledged by her. She completely ignored me as well. Never coming back here or ordering on line.

Watched several light skinned people walk in and get helped right away I waited for 45 mins n employees still screwed around n then walked up to me and asked what I needed and then turned around and helped a light skinned couple before me

Absolute disappointment. Purchased a gift for my wife for Christmas. The gift isn't compatible with our system. Went to exchange it, not return, exchange for an item that would fit. I was within 30 days of Christmas, and was told returns were good less than 2 weeks from Christmas.

From what I could tell, they have a lot of products on the sales floor and an ample amount of a sales team to sell it, however the entire time I was there roughly 45 minutes looking at sound bars to buy NOT ONE person asked me if I needed help or had any question about any of the soundbars I was looking at, this included the 5 people that walked right passed. Ultimately, I purchased a sound bar that I don’t like.

I had an excellent experience. I ordered a gift online. They messaged me when it was ready. I bypassed the holiday crowds and lines. I was in and out to pick it up within minutes. It was easy.

We had an old surround sound system that needed to be replaced. We purchased the Sonos sound bar system from them. The Geek Squad installed it quickly and efficiently. They made sure that I understood how it worked and that I was satisfied before they left. The system is fantastic. It sounds like we are at the movie theater. Highly recommend.
