Good location and good products. Easy access.
Employees are not very motivated to help. Had to walk to them and ask them for help.

Horrible, drove down there almost 2 hrs away from WY on my way home from Denver to realize the shoes I bought were 2 left feet. The cashier even checked them, as I also bought kids shoes. I will be driving another 2 hrs to return these, and will never shop at this store again. Than called the manager he was no help, or didn't seemed concerned about the situation. Very unprofessional

Arrived Saturday at 9:19 and doors were locked. Shame that the posted hours are incorrect. Had to go to a big box store to buy all the equipment I needed.

Excellent selection for ALL your sporting needs, including camping! We enjoy going to a local business and supporting local businesses. The selection, availability and overall customer service at this Big 5 has met our needs every time.

Mediocre variety of products at less-than-competitive prices. Always great service from the workers though. I used to go here to buy the cheap $35 wood Louisville Sluggers, but they recently marked them all up to $45. I unfortunately no longer have any reason to give them my money over other big box stores.

Was looking for outdoor gear for kayaking. REI was a spectacular fail. Big 5 came out the hero. I'll be checking Big 5 for gear from now on. I'm impressed by their inventory.

We came in to purchase a gift for our son. Assistant Manager Tom Greenfield immediately hassled us and made us feel as if we were criminals, took what felt like an unnecessarily long time, and made the overall purchase experience one that I would describe as unpleasant. I certainly wouldn’t recommend Big 5 to anyone based on my experience today.

Bought some white shoes. A couple of the shoes I opened looked like they were worn and returned and put on the rack to sell as new. 1 pair was nasty inside, like unwashed feet streaks inside white shoes. I really hope that's not the case, but I don't know how else to explain the conditions for some of the shoes. I ended up purchasing some that were actually new.
