As the experience for this phone service was truly a nightmare and I was under the impression I as ripped off, I had written the owner of boost mobile/dish network an email about my experience. In return I got my money back and n apologetic email detailing my requests and his actions upon removing my service, refunding my money and taking my card off auto pay. Thank you Mr. Mckay for your help and attention to the matter. I appreciate you and am relieved there are still honest businessmen in this world. Again thank you.
This is the worst phone service. Do not get this service. They don't like to cancel the service but they love charging you for service you're not using. Then when you call for a refund they claim because the people that got the phone back didn't cancel the service that you are not due back the money they robbed you for. Ridiculous. I'm still waiting 25 minutes for a supervisor that seems to be MIA. What a joke. Do NOT get this service. They rob you blind.

I switched to Verizon because they had an offer saying better service same price but we ended paying more than a 150 per month so I came back to boost mobile
