I had such a great experience at Boot Barn! Alexia went above and beyond to help me find the perfect jeans when she noticed I was struggling. She asked all the right questions, was incredibly kind, and made the whole process so much easier. On top of the amazing customer service, I love their selection of boots and clothes—there’s always something great to find! I’ll definitely be back!

This is an affordable place to get your “western” goin. Definitely glad we have a location here. Walk in a dud, walk out a stud. Excellent customer service and wide ranging selection make this place a top 10 in town. Good loyalty program, and item choices beyond the scope of “western” as well. They also steam hats! Additionally, you can stop in for lunch at one of the many options within walking distance to this stellar location!

Boot barn is one of my favorite stores and their customer service has always been amazing. I was there the other day there was an employee named Sammy and she was very welcoming and kept checking to see if i needed help looking for anything! Her customer service is top notch and she is very outgoing and friendly!!

My wife and I along with another couple visited the store so I could purchase a Western style shirt to wear to the Denver Stock Show. We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful employee! I ended up getting two shirts and my wife bought a pair of boots! Employees who really care are becoming rare these days... Thanks for caring and making us feel happy to be there!

Lauren helped rectify a sizing issue that originated at another store. I have never worn the boots, I was directed to purchase a size much too small, the srore denied exchanging or even talking about options.... Lauren said no problem, and exchanged them for the actual size I fit. This young lady, was soo knowledgeable, informative, helpful,.... other managers certainly should spend 3 days with her. She is an asset!

Computers were down. But the cashiers made everyone satisfied with a purchase by hand bills instead of electronics ...I was surprised that anyone in retail still knew arithmetic. 😁

We stopped in this morning to purchase cologne as we are here from out of town and the cologne we wanted was out of stock unbeknownst to the manager. She offered to order it and my husband stated that we live out of state and she said she could have it shipped to our home. He stated that’s a problem because we need it today. She then stated well that’s a you problem not a me problem. Very offensive, not good customer service. My husband told her that it was now her problem and we turned to leave. She continued to make rude comments and when we told her we would contact a manager, she stated ‘good luck I am the manager.” Unacceptable customer service, rude and had an attitude. Never had this kind of service at a Boot Barn. They could do better for a manager. Will be contacting corporate.

the employees here are very nice, but a suggestion to the owner when training: when the employees ask if they can help or hold items for a customer 5 times within a 20 minute shopping experience, it makes the customer shorten their browsing because they feel like they are under watch for stealing and start to feel strange

My third and final visit here was as disappointing as previous visits due to the lack of selection.
As others have said, do not come here if you're looking for work boots. This store is merely a Hot Topic for western fashion and serves no good for those who are seeking a functional, and reliable pair of boots.
