All of the staff at Brakes Plus were truly amazing and talked to me every time before they needed to make a change. Memo had been the one to work on my car and he had done an amazing job, I was so grateful. Amy was very kind and gave me all of the details of what they were working on! Highly recommend.

came in for an alignment since the place I went to before couldn’t do it on my car and referred me over to breaks plus and I’m glad I did! Amy was super nice and transparent about pricing and what would be done to the car and was quick about checking me in despite the computer being a little silly. Ryan was also so nice and approachable to talk to especially when getting my opinion on the services. It really felt like my opinion or knowledge wasn’t in question and that I did have control of what would be done and he was happy to go either way and give a plan of what we do in case anything happens. The free break check is also super nice :)

Amy and Brandon were easy to work with. They informed me of the required work and cost, which was reasonable compared to other quotes I received from other businesses.
I plan to use Brakesplus for future work.

Honest and fast service- I came in for a brake check and Rey and Amy were honest with the condition of my brakes- offered to preform the service but it was not yet required. They did recommend a service that was needed and were able to quickly get started on it so I could get on with my day. Very friendly, honest, and efficient.

Chris and Daniel were awesome. Service was good. They explained and did all they said they would. In addition found a couple other issues which i chose to fix.
Highly recommend Brakes Plus to anyone needing service. Also I think their free brake evaluation, including the rotors is a huge bonus.
