Chances are good they will have what you need as long as it isn"t good customer service. Rude and cranky comes to mind. Yes, I wanted black washers and nut for my black eye bolt, not the zinc ones brought out. Kinda not surprising is it? The attitude that came with my request for black was ridiculous Just a strange place to do business

Been using these people for years, and for anything bolt and tool related they are great, as well as their prices.However, I bought a 12 inch×1/2 hss drill bit for a project I've been working on, the drill bit snapped in half, and I'm almost 100% sure it's manufacture error. I've done a lot machining over the years and broke/snapped many drill bits. This one snapped in a very bizarre way.Anyway, called them up, said they couldn't help with without a receipt, so they know I bought it from them. The girls that work there I know would recognize me by face, I bought it about a week ago to. I've had them find receipts many times in their system before.Anyway, happy over all with their services, but very very poor customer service and aren't willing to help or investigate when products they sell fail.

Had the specialty parts that I needed for my car that even the Honda dealership didn't even have in stock. Has a cute cat and dog that greet you at the front door as well so you know you're in the right place. Friendly and very helpful staff. Cheers

C D Fasteners is GREAT! Don't waste your time at the big box stores. You can buy a single nut or bolt or a thousand at great prices. Highly recommend this establishment.
