Almost 2 years into 63 month lease at $400 per month, my company has been purchased so need to end lease early and was told it would be $24,000 to end lease with a $500 pick up fee. This printer right now is $6500 brand new to purchase. Called 14 times over 4 months to ask for options only to be blown off until now. This is absolutely criminal behavior.. how can a company charge more than a copier is worth brand new to end a lease?? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

Ineffectively managed with long service delays. Wrong parts were ordered numerous times resulting in extensions that could not meet our business demands and without communication. Sales rep was very friendly but it's clear their not headed in a positive direction.
