Came in at about 2:45 pm on 12/19/22. Was met by an extremely rude middle aged dark haired lady with an American flag tattoo at the front desk. Didn’t give us her name nor acknowledge us when we came in. They acted like we were an inconvenience the whole time. Maybe they were having an off day? Irregardless poor customer...
