Worst ever. Don't let them have access to your hard earned money. They will lose it and still have the audacity to charge you. There are lots of other companies that aren't as shady. We couldn't even read the handwriting of the gentleman who was at the front desk. He was no help and just referred us to do everything online. Lazy! You are just a commodity to them. They don't care about you, just their profits and loyalty to shareholders. Don't do business here or at any Charles Schwab locations. You will regret it. They also try to hide their bad reviews and make it more difficult to leave one. There is a reason they have such low ratings. We will never do business with this company again and suggest you don't either.

They don't trust their own agents to go and visit 98-year old clients to confirm Identity. You have to pay a mobile notary to get access to YOUR money. They will reimburse but time and inconvenience. This is just flat out idiocy to arrive at a satisfactory solution of confirming and elderly couple. There is no common sense only BS bureaucracy.

Came in at about 2:45 pm on 12/19/22. Was met by an extremely rude middle aged dark haired lady with an American flag tattoo at the front desk. Didn’t give us her name nor acknowledge us when we came in. They acted like we were an inconvenience the whole time. Maybe they were having an off day? Irregardless poor customer service. :(
